Pneumapress is a remarkably simple filtration system which will dramatically improve solids and filtrate production, while significantly reducing the cost of operation.
The Pneumapress Filter eliminates a multitude of devices, piping and equipment used on other filters. The Pneumapress Filter utilizes a simple filter or disposable media. Filter belts have an expected cycle life of 2-4 times that of filter media used on other filters. The Pneumapress Filter eliminates expensive consumable items such as diaphragms, gaskets, rubber seals, elastomer impregnated filter belts, carrier belts, bag filters, and other equipment.
Each filter is extremely simple to operate. The filter is completely automatic and no operator intervention is required at any time during the filter cycle.
