- The elliptical motion of the G1500LS throws the feed material forward while causing a low pressure behind the concentrate cleats, drawing the heavy minerals down through the less dense matter. These heavy concentrates are retained in rubber concentrate matting.
- Clean up is the fastest in the industry with drop down trays hydraulically separating from the cleats, wherein the concentrate rich matting is rolled into a concentrate bin which is part of the G1500LS.
