- Huck bolted 5/16” (8mm) thick side plates with reinforcing plates around vibrating mechanism.
- Bolted discharge lips on each deck
- Bolt on feed box with steel liner
- Heavy duty coil springs with spring pads and rubber side snubbers to prevent surge motion.
- Single shaft vibrating mechanism built from high strength steel with spherical self-aligning anti-friction roller bearings, oil bath lubrication and sheave with adjustable counterweights.
- Standard operating angle is 20 degrees
- Can be provided with flat deck or crown deck configuration
